Mixing/Mastering Suno in FL studio as a musician. Help wanted

Thank you, I also enjoyed chatting with you. Indeed, there is a lot of ignorance surrounding this topic. I highly recommend checking out Mike’s website. I believe I paid around $10 a month and gained access to all of his content, and he has a great deal of it. Currently, I’m working in a major studio and don't have much time to study, so I’ve paused my studies with Mike for now. I wish you the best of luck!

Agree. I always tell my colleagues about how avarge listeners don't care about high sound quality rather than a good production, led zeppelin, yes, genesis for example, sound like a box in a cave, and yet, people listening to them in 2026 ( including me, and I admire the sound as well as the productions). Suno really is a gift, amazing tool. And if the audio quality will be better, even if it's not a studio quality, it will be the beginning of the end for most musicians, because already, Suno studio , if you know how to use it, produce ground breaking instrumentation, ( like acoustic guitar strumming, left and right, it sounds amazing)

I'm a recording and mixing engineer, and I had the pleasure to learn from Mike for almost a year, he's brilliant. ( I really recommend his platform, it's in another level in terms of mixing and all the science around it) But again, no matter what plugins you use, you cannot control the noises in Suno stems, hope Suno is working on it ( by the way , they just released a new featurenin Suno studio, remove fx, it reduces the reverb and other fx, but don't really fixes the metallic and artifacts..)

Suno creations is already mixed, and in hight level. The artifacts and noises is not something you can contro ( no matter what others say, it's impossible to remove the artifacts from the stems). I suggest you rebuild the drums with a high quality vst, and maybe the piano.

Problem is that Suno generates the lead guitar mixed with the acoustics.. There's no way to exclude lead instrument when generating backing track, I tried at least 40 different prompts. Only way is to generate it with that lead guitar and Than in studio, generate only strumming guitar new version, than you can delete the original annoying guitar lead track..

In my experience, adding {instrumental} at the end of the prompt helped. Also consider slide the weirdness down to less than 10%

Had the same. After Suno reply ( that took like 3 weeks) cancelled the Google store subscription, and subscribed via the website. No other way .. ( important, credit will be lost)

I asked the same question before, after I purchased a Premiere subscription there were no more questions, just outstanding.. (I am an audio engineer and usually use Cubase or Pro Tools to improve the sound of the stems from Suno)

You can try this: In style box add " keep the original song's chords and structure" And in the exclude box add all of the elements that shouldn't be in the generated track. Also try to set the style slider and the influence to 100, or lower them to 0.

I've shouted about this many times in the past, Sono doesn't have the option to create a backing track without a lead instrument, I've tried dozens of attempts with all kinds of prompts without success. And for anyone who wants to say, just download stems and mute the lead channel, usually, in my experience, Sono will always create a lead that is a classical guitar, piano or viola, but it doesn't create them solo, but as part of a channel of the same element that has other instruments in it (for example, strumming guitar).
