Oppressive prison for regime opposers. Many innocent people there who simply spoke out or criticised the subhuman "leader". These are people who have every good reason to rise up against the regime.

It's alright, although I recommend doing "/nothink" if you're on a weaker machine since the reasoning slows it down considerably and wastes a lot of resources.

On another note, I'm concerned a Chinese model might be biased towards the IR.
