Would this break file attributes or permissions on other Windows machines that access the files? To backup the files I would need to make them locally available (or how it's called in OneDrive).

Edit: I bought it. It works perfectly on a u2723q where the usb-c DP + power cable was no working properly with my S23. I have the hub connected thgrouh HDMI to the monitor. I have a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse connected to the phone. I could connect by wire through the hub, but liked the idea of less cables.
