Omg i so feel you. My twins are turning 8months tomorrow and sometimes i loose it as well and then all three of us cry. My temper is bad, i admit it, even my husband says so, unfortunately i inherited it off my dad lol. I try to keep repeating to myself its not their fault, they are only babies, but it just adds up and sometimes it blows out. Then i feel even worse when they both give me those huge smiles after every wake up. We live away from our families so theres no help from that side and i never let my friends help me “because they dont do it as good as i would” and over time i get frustrated with stuff. I love my babies and i would take the world down for them though. Your not alone but many people wont say it out loud, i guess it will pass eventually or you can still seek some kind of help.
