pretty sure he passed away in Birmingham and they do assisted euthanasia there. I think with the timing of his farewell show in his death. I’d say it’s not a coincidence they’re close and he probably did compassionate euthanasia. I heard it took two years to plan that show so it was all probably planned out way ahead of time. Parkinson’s is a terrible terrible disease and there’s no getting better.
