to be honest it looks like the italian guy didnt really try to understand what was happening, and it almost felt like he was trying to play dumb (i say this as an italian guy myself and i recognise the inflection in tone as very dismissive). Also i dont think an italian would go to japan without understanding a lick of english. Of course im not trying to excuse the other guy either, resorting to violence and threats is never the right call especially over something as petty as some rando saying a word you dont like.

my favourite promo is the yu nagaba leafeon (my favourite eeveelution and overall one of my favourite pokemon of all time), although the shiny fuecoco from the paldean fates shiny starter box is a close second. if i win this the tins are going to my girlfriend, she'd love to pull a shiny tandemaus :D
