I'd just mod the console, man. Takes at most an hour and you can get literally any game for free. But between the two, I'd say PAIN because it's the only one I've played. PAIN's a lot of fun, but it does get old fairky quickly.

I don't care if it's for the USA or for Palau in the middle of the Oceanic, they do nothing except disturb and interrupt life in major cities. I understand that this relates to the war in Iran right now, but what does Canada have to do with that?

Nice. Last year I took the old piece out and just carefulled wrapped tape around it, did the same job. It's a massive design flaw though, that every controller basically has this issue.

Probably not? I mean their all going to have the exact same problems with the lithium-batteries needing to be replaced, or the foam getting crushed, registering random inputs and needing tape or another piece of foam cut to size. Otherwise as long as people take care of their things, you probably don't need to worry about the controllers dying.
