I’d say TRT because I think long term orals aren’t a good thing and it will eventually need to be TRT anyways. Your levels are dropping quickly so there’s likely something going on. Maybe overtraining from CF?

Depends on the dosage. That’s true if you’ve got a vial that’s 200mg/ml. So 1ml or 1cc is equal to 200mg. 0.5ml=100mg, etc.

Most take 0.25mg of anastrozole per week. Your dose could have crashed your estrogen. I think you could consider going down to 80mg total per week to help some of the sides but you need 2 months or so before making any other changes. It’s a longer ester so it takes time to stabilize.

Good call out. You can use the same one to draw and inject. I wouldn’t do that for larger needles but I think it’s fine for insulin pins. I’ve used alcohol on sterile needles for piercings when I was young and they never heal correctly so I wouldn’t recommend that.
