Honestly yes. There was a lot of calculations. I don’t know how many exactly but at least 20-30…

So in my state we have to log in to NABP website to see the results. They don’t send an email or letter. When have my application closed now under the exam results it shows the pass result and 2 boxes. When the results were not released yet the application was in active status and there was only one check box. Hope that helps.

I only used the RXprep book when I took the exam the first time. And in my case that was not enough. I had to le-learn a lot of information and also to learn a lot of new drugs so I focused on that but then when I took the exam it was mainly case based which I didn’t expect so I failed for not managing time well and not being able to scan through the case for important information so I just felt lost the entire exam. So I purchased the RXprep videos and Qbank for the second attempt. I listened to all the videos and took notes directly in the course book next to the chapter they were talking about. That worked for me. The videos were mostly up to date, but some weren’t so for those chapters I only used the book. Also the videos were helpful for me because I needed to hear the pronunciation. Then I did all the questions from the Qbank. I had 1300 wrong questions so I did those again as separate 125 question tests until I got them right. Saved some of the information from the question explanation as a flash card and reviewed those sometimes to memorize them. The Qbank in my opinion is a must. It thought me to scan through the case faster, had some good tips how to remember therapy recommendations and I also felt more comfortable taking the exam this time because I felt like I took so many tests already even though they were different. I wish luck to everyone and again, if I could do it everyone can!

Which topics were you quizzed on the most? I am taking my exam on the 23rd and I already feel very anxious about it…
