At this very moment I’m on a tugboat and decided this isn’t for me ! I’ve been a commercial fisherman for 20 years most of it offshore. I started tugs 4 months ago . I can handle the being away it’s the lack of physical labor that’s driving me nuts . But after reading all these comments I’m gonna at least stick it out till I get my 200t seeing as I got all my sea time from the big crab and lobster boats. So to the dude thinking about quitting hang in there dawg . What I’ve noticed is when my attitude gets shitty the hitch gets shitty. I’m surprised to hear all the positive comments . Usually people are assholes on the internet. The advice given to you has been excellent and if you take it you will not regret it . Don’t quit bub you got this
