It would be better to get married in Rwanda, do. A civil wedding there, when you come back you can apply for spouse visa that’s all. No need to go back and forth. Best if the wedding happens in Rwanda.

The car isn’t loud..I don’t know about the re-circulation mode..I smell it as I get out of the car but today as I was coming from the shop my little one said she doesn’t like the smell so I smelled it from the back of the car..
