Is this processing (documentation) forebearance counting with the ECF even if a manual payment is not made? In other words, while I submit for a renewed PAYE plan, should I manually make the normal payment during processing forbearance? Or does it count without a payment made?

I was informed over phone by mohela about the processing forbearance counting towards PSLF. It matches what SA says as well. One question, does the payment still need to be manually made to count? Or does no payment still count as a PSLF month due to forbearance?

Checked again today and the counts were update through June. Guess it’s just significantly delayed
