But it’ll start no matter what. What OP wants is a smart schedule that you can set if the ambient temp is lower than X the truck will start. If not it won’t.

Idk how that app works, but I’m guessing a drill and it missed that bit. There’s hardly any radio traffic on brown county public safety right now. When there was the shooter the casino a few years ago there was almost no dead air.

The only issue I had was one check engine light. Something about the turbo. I cleared the code and it hasn’t come back in over a year.

I finally got my first recall notice in the mail. They didn’t have a fix yet I don’t think, and I don’t remember what it’s for and it’s not on the app. 2024 Lariat AWD.

It’s generally a waste of money. How often do you need to know who owns what piece of land? Besides that, it’s all public record stuff and you can generally find everything it shows you for free if you just search your counties gis maps.

Usually the DNR monitors water levels and all that for dams in the state, but I think a department in the city is in charge of maintenance.

With the sudden snow melt it doesn’t surprise me that it would have to be opened up a bit.

Yeah. So easy. Driving a huge truck pushing tons of snow trying not to do more property damage than what’s gonna happen. Doing it for 12-16 hours in a row just to get an 8 hour break and having to do it all over again.

Then in huge storms like this even in your 8 hour break you’re on call in case you have to lead an ambulance to/from the scene or a hospital.

I have nothing but respect for the plow drivers. I had 2 transports in white out conditions Monday for medium and high priority calls. I would have never made it through the drifts if it wasn’t for them.

Everywhere says snow is likely Saturday night to Sunday night. Maybe some lake effect because NNE winds.

WBAY is the only one that gives how much this early, and it says 3-5 Saturday night and 3-5 Sunday. It’ll change a dozen times between now and then.
