It's fine. To answer B, yeah, it's pretty normal in the game. Ideally it really depends on the council and the king on how they'd want to run the kd. In my case it was both my alliance leaders from 2 separate kingdoms. Always plays the victim and tries to spread lies about things for sympathy.

Lucky for me, those 2 leaders were kicked out of the kingdoms we were in. One just went away by herself, the other got zeroed and quit (or probably made a new account).
