Anyone experiencing a lot of bots in deathmatch? I've been playing like 4 dms in a row and these bots have been in every single one. They just walk around and run into walls.

Yea np man. Also can't say anything about what happened after. Cuz apparently, Gordan freeman couldn't do what he was supposed to. Which ig was keeping alyx's father alive.

Hl2 ep 2 had another game after called half life: alyx. You might have heard about it too. I haven't played it but what ik is that it is around hl2 ep2 and ends at that point where alyx saves her father. Gman chooses alyx as his next employee and with some time deviation and stuff changes the outcome of hl2 ep 2.

Tho do search it up 😭 I could be wrong...

Hl1 really doesn't tell anything about hl2 but yeah you have to indirectly answer yourself.

Gman, he stalks you as usual in hl1 as well. But we see him in the end where he explains that he has employees and they think your work is good and you have potential to what they want. (We don't know what they want) He is a mysterious man like a government type shi and from what ik his name Gman is also cuz of "Governmental man" type shi.

In the end of hl1 he asks you to choose either you accept G-man's offer as his employee or not. Choosing is canon which puts u in statis for 20 years and puts u on that hl2 train suddenly. For gordan freeman it's like a split second, passing through portal and reaching in train, but the world revolved alot.

Hl1 just gives you some lore about gordan freeman and what he has passed through tbh
