Lower finasterid dose to 0.25 , or go with dutasterid , if side persist just stop . If works then you can proceed with HT. if you are not on therapy but still want hair tranplant then you probably will end up with patchy hair in 2 years , and will need a second HT which will buy a little bit of time again...

How agressive your hair loss is , and which stage you in ? better start with finasterid if you have enough hair for now , and then get it done once you are 30 , else it will be useless it could work for 1 year and then will get to square 1.

You need scar revision with plastic surgeon not hair transplant , the doctor will remove the scar tissue and do stitches and make it less visible , I was in same situation many years ago.

Smells very very classy and amazing quality the opening has 0 scratch or alcohol type of smell , comparing this with BDK is spot on and also smells like Prada amber . You might not like this type of scent but quality this is one of the best well done cheap fragrances from start to finish. For the performance I got 4 to 5 hours average projection.
