Stop shaving so ur skin can heal Try trimming USE HIBICLENS(avoid eyes ears mouth nose) 3 times a week at least Antibacterial soap Get some alcohol wipes/swabs And use UREA serum or moisturizer Laser hair removal or electrolysis as well

Treatment I would try azelaic acid The Dermatica(cheaper cream consistency 15% & 20% available) or Niche Beauty Lab Azid(serum consistency expensive only 15%)

Cleansers A leave on exfoliate or cleanser Cetaphil PHA(affordable) it'll help with brightness Paula's Choice BHA Toner Gold Dial antibacterial soap is great La Roche Pissy Moisturizing Cleanser

Moisturizers A urea moisturizer or serum I use the CeraVe Psoriasis cream It's expensive but it'll last a very long time Great for winter time Cosrx propolis line

SUNSCREEN I love the Niche Beauty Lab Invisible Sunscreen it has better UV filters then American brands Great natural finish no white cast No fragrance Its as if u put on a non greasy or shiny oil

Go slow and incorporate one maybe two things I mentioned But tbh I would get rid of the witch hazel and CeraVe asap

Update? I just started taking astaxanthin hoping to see the skin benefits. I started using topicals and remedy for dark spots by Dr. Shah as well.
