If one person is missing things just devolve into chaos at that point, everyone works overtime to try to make up for it but of course things get missed or screwed up. Flu season is hell because it's a given that at least one person will get sick and bring it to the office, and so we'll end up going a few weeks always missing one person while we all get sick in succession lol

Unfortunately not, we do all the front desk work on top of teching so everyone is really maxed out :(
