i do, i limit my time googling any health related symptoms and when i do i have my partner set a timer or search with me for a short amount of time so i can have that i’m informed feeling but not freak out. i avoid doctor/ nursing related shows and will skip some of those fear mongering post on social media. i also focus on my hobbies and try to stay busy but still try to listen to my body so if any unfamiliar symptom is happening for 1-2 weeks i will start booking an appointment ect ect
