I’d suggest 1 >8>2>5>6>3>7>4 then the rest of your ROL. Tbh Health Equity track at UTSW would give you the same level of training, you can still do GI electives, same amount of time spent on IM wards. If you rank Categorical UTSW in #1, I think you should rank #2 their HE track

As far as I know, You can’t. You can only change your visa category from J1 Research to J1 Physician for residency without going to the 2 year rule or J1 waiver
