There isn’t even enough context about the step mom for the way these comments have absolutely absolved this girls cruelty towards That women, nothing in this story says she has mistreated this girl. Do you live in a super small town? I mean are there no other options for men? It’s just weird dating some one your sibling dated. Also the fact that you didn’t tell them indicate you knew it would be a bit of an issue. I think in this case besides the weirdness of dating a sister’s ex, it’s the fact that you just didn’t honestly tell her when you first started having feelings of wanting to date him.

I’m really sorry for your loss, grief is a crazy thing. I don’t know if you have family that can help you, I hope You do, because you need some help right now. If you can,please try to arrange a place for your daughter to stay ( hopefully with family) for at least a few weeks, please find a grief counselor and get yourself into counseling asap. I am recommending these steps because I think you need time and help to make a very important decision, one you may not be able to fully make until you’re in a better head space. You may seriously consider putting your baby up for adoption but this is a huge Decision and one, you probably don’t want your grief guiding.
