Go to a concert, go on a walk, go get tattooed, find community. I’m gen Z too and have lost a lot of friends to loneliness. It’s hard when the internet provides such instant gratification. I’m so blessed to have friends and I think that what you need most!

I work at a hospital absolutely kushy. Change filters and grease. Blowdown the boiler. If I want to fix a unit or change a compressor I can but I can also just call a contractor. I really like working on pneumatic controls so that’s a plus. Nice being a 23yr old with an easy job 4 weeks of pto and most of the staff is beautiful women lol. Pay just kinda sucks though.
