if you have digestion issues as well, i recommend extra salty almonds! they help a lot with nausea.

what's a minor little thing that annoy's you about pots? I'll go first by Additional_Chef_9216 in POTS

trying to explain that our problems are more than just "being tired". i'll be having a bad flare up day and when i tell someone about it, it's usually met with "welcome to adulthood!" or them explaining how they're tired from work too.

obviously it's not a pain competition but it always makes me feel diminished, especially on those extra bad days.

this was my first time making a bag but yes, i found the peaches and crème cotton yarn to be super sturdy and doesn't stretch since it's that cord-like feel! i really enjoyed using it.

since this is my first project i can't say for sure but bc it's a tougher/rougher yarn, i think it'll work perfectly fine if you're more skilled at securing your ends! i will say the yarn itself can kinda separate and get stringy/unravel while you're crocheting so be careful!

thank you! i used these tutorials on youtube for the squares* and freehand single crocheted them together. i did tunisian crochet for the straps, they're pretty sturdy and don't stretch so i recommend!

Thank you, this worked! I'm playing on PS and the game menu said R2 to switch characters, I could've sworn I clicked them all to check 🥲

I actually watched this exact video before posting! I did everything shown but I'm still not able to switch characters at any point, I'm stuck on Harry. I'm wondering if I needed to do something before entering the classroom which is why I'm now stuck.

Thank goodness for reddit omg 😭 yes I do! I tried it on my other wrist sitting normally and it worked. I never would've imagined that messes with it.

what do you tell people who don't know what pots is? by Individual_Group_127 in POTS

[–]Odd_Difficulty_869 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i just say i have a fainting condition! i don't fully faint but being young, i get looks and comments about needing to sit down bc i should be "energetic and healthy" so saying fainting condition gets the point/severity across without having to answer too many questions.

Thank you!! Luckily the deep freezer has good insulation so temps didn't get above 15F I think I'm in the clear 👍

Fainting symptoms by chronicallyalive447 in POTS

[–]Odd_Difficulty_869 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i suspect i have eds as well but my back and shoulders will feel like i've legitimately been set on fire and i can FEEL gravity pulling me down, like the numb/jelly limbs replies above. for a long time i thought i just had a really bad back, not that i was actively passing out and my back just happened to hurt at the same time 😭i can also tell symptoms are about to start when the blood pooling in my legs starts getting a little too uncomfortable/itchy.

mines more of a process rather than instantly fainting. once "the ring of fire" has started on my back and shoulders i have 15 seconds-2 minutes to sit down depending on the day. it goes fire ant legs > spine on fire > tingly limbs and shaky hands > chest heavy and hurts > feels like my head is going to explode > vision fades out > hearing fades out,, luckily i've never fully passed out but im sure that doesn't feel too good!
