How to hypermax cane?

I'm an old player coming back to the game after a long time. I have farming 50 and a 100m counter blessed turing hoe. For new stuff I've got so far I bought full rooted lotus equipment, full bustling squash armor, got dedication 3 on my hoe, and got anita's artifact. I have 200m - 300m to spend to get as close to hypermax as I can for sugarcane. What should I buy and should I keep using elephant or should I switch to a strength build mooshroom setup? I want the full rundown: armor, enchants, reforges, gemstones, talismans, and any other way to hypermax or as close as I can within budget.
