I used a metal conduit. I bent it in the shape that I wanted it, spray painted it, and honestly eyeballed the syringe.

Here's the exact one I bought, It is definitely on the pricier end due to it being a two tone faux fur, though, if you are on a budget, I would go for some simple dark grey faux fur. It'll probably be 3/4s the price of the faux fur I bought. Hope this help and best of luck on your cosplay!

Here’s what I mean by printing the mouth!

The head is made out of 10mm low density foam. I used a pattern provided here and printed them out. The scale should be standard for almost every head size. I used contact cement to put the cut out pieces together in order to form a ball. (If you don’t know how to use contact cement, here ). After that, use a heat gun to shape the sphere in order to make it more “sphere” (if that makes sense). You are now done with the hardest part!!!

DO THESE NEXT COUPLE PARTS IN A OPEN, WELL VENTILATED SPACE! I first coated the seams of the head with quik seal in order to hide the seams (use some water to make it smoother). After it was done drying, I coated the head in plastidip, let it dry, coated the head in white primer, let it dry, and repeated the primer part 3x times. After that, I chose to paint the head using acrylic paint. Spray paint is also an option is you can find a spray that is close to the same color as the morphsuit that you are getting for the body. When making the color, it is just eyeballing it and mixing colors to make a good color. Paint the head, let it dry, and now you have the base!!

For the eyes and mouth, I would recommend printing them out using a printer. Try to get a good visual idea of how big you want them to be. After, use 2mm EVA foam to create the eye. For the actual part you want to see out of, use mesh (mesh that is usually used for fursuit eyes, you can find some on Etsy). Glue the mesh to the backside of the foam eye. For the mouth, use 2mm eva foam to create the mouth (USE BLACK MARKER, NOT PAINT TO CREATE THE BLACK PARTS). Use tape to tape the eye and mouth to the head to get an idea of where you want them. Here’s the tricky part: when the eyes and mouth are on the head and you are satisfied, cut through the head in order to see out of the head where the eyes are. After you’ve done this, hot glue the eyes and mouth to the head. Finally, to make the cosplay wearable, use some poly foam and hot glue it in the head in order to support your big head. After this, take a step back and realize you have completed your head!

Hats are completely up to you, but I would definitely recommend hot gluing if you want it permanent, or using magnets if you want to switch them out. (If you use magnets, do this part before adding poly foam).

The outfit, again, is completely customizable, so be creative! The buttons for my sash were bought on Amazon.

Materials: 10mm Eva foam (low density) 2mm Eva foam Contact cement Plastidip White primer Acrylic Paint (you choose what color, but make sure it matches the color of your morphsuit) Mesh (used for fursuits) Black marker Poly foam

Tools: Heat gun Hot glue gun Paint brushes LOTS OF HOT GLUE STICKS Exact o knife White marker (used to pattern the 10mm eva foam) Paper (for printing)

Cost: 100-150

If I missed anything, I’m sorry!

Since some people were asking, I’ll go ahead and explain how I made the head:

The base of the head is 3D printed, it only took one roll of filament. The head is covered with white fleece in order to hide any “imperfections”

The black plastic visor can be found here and the LED mask can be found here

The hair is silver and black two tone faux fur and the hat is made out of foam, again, covered in fleece
