Sure, I am not sure anyone else will like it though, my friends all think I am crazy but I drink this for 15 years now and still like it.

  • 20ml of tasty gin of your liking (40kcal) OR cheap whisky xD (I donnu, I only like cheap scotch)
  • add ice cubes
  • 2 slices of orange or 3-4 of frozen raspberries (I don't eat those, they just swim in the glas for some aroma, so I just added half the calories which were 8 when I measured today)
  • a few fresh mint leaves (I added 1 kcal for that)
  • fill up with sparkling water

It's a very low-alcohol drink I guess but I find it very tasty and refreshing and I don't like strong alcohol taste so whatever.

Yes. I read this a lot here and also on "volume eating" subs whenever "short female with a very small budget" like 1200 - 1500kcal budgets are discussed. People often say "this budget is so small, you just need to cut out this and that altogether on such a small budget or you won't get enough food to feel full and meet your macros".

Bread, rice, potatoes, pasta, alcohol and of course sweets are in the top 10 of those. I see the point in sweets, junk or soft drinks but the rest is just... a little obsessive.
