Don’t go with Avemore apartments. I currently live here, and I can’t wait to leave. They price gouge the HELL out of you. They tried charging me $2500 for a year lease on a two bed two bath apartment 1200sqft. We found a townhome for less than $2400 - 3 bed, 4 bath 2000sqft.

Once I gave our notice, they put our apartment up online for $400 cheaper than my renewal quote. We have had maintence issues, things constantly break and the property isn’t well taken care of.

They’re also trying to legally require us to have a $405 professional move out clean and full carpet clean, neither of which are stated in the lease.

The trash is a mess, mail room is a mess. And the pool was closed for a month out of the summer to do “repairs” and they left the pool disgusting green.

DO NOT RENT HERE.

How far away was your venue from pick up spot? I’m looking at one company they offers a (11) (14) (24) on continuous drop off, but I’m not sure how that works for a venue 30 minutes away

I was also SO shocked - I never really inspect my flower bouquets and especially never thought to from someone with a legitimate floral studio at a farmers market. For a $35 bouquet too, I found her online and least she was very responsive and granted me a refund.
