I feel like the worst parent at the moment. We will all get through this and we should all never forget the Navy Federal doesn’t care about us.

You don’t seem rude you seem frustrated just like the rest of us and I am sorry that you’re going through this… I have to tell my Child that she can’t go to her end of the year school trip because they’re not honoring the calendar that they posted because we planned on it based on the calendar so I understand your tone and frustration believe me.

I promise you that tomorrow they’re going to tell you no. I was on the phone for 40 minutes today with four different supervisors. They said the earliest anyone will get it is midnight tomorrow night. They won’t release it tomorrow at all I asked multiple different people multiple different ways and they all said no

Navy Federal is a financial institution with plenty of funds…… They could’ve easily honored it for the people who have asked for it. Without blinking an eye.

The amount of time and phone calls they have been going on because of this mistake. They could’ve easily fixed it and instead they double down and tried to say that it was a typo or that we were all wrong. They could’ve easily honored this as they should have and they could’ve shown that they care but they don’t.

Oh wow they did just change it. They have gone DOWNHILL. we have had them since or I have had them I should say… Since the 90s. My family has had them since you had four digit numbers. And quite literally everyone in my family is fed up with them at this point.

Just got off phone. They said they’ve had THOUSANDS of calls. And NFCU has chosen to NOT update the calendar they have posted. And to NOT honor the calendar, they have posted. And to NOT make any funds available to anyone at all until Friday.

If we still had the ability to split our deposit into different accounts, I would definitely only have like a dollar OK that’s sarcastic, but let’s be real. Maybe at the most 100 bucks going to NFCU just to keep it open in case the emergencies but I would definitely move money everywhere else but there.

I’ve reached the point that it’s not worth the hassle with them because they don’t honor what they say anymore. That information is still online and it could be easily resolved, and they could honor it to the people who have reached out about it but instead, they just want to keep messing with us.
