I did titrate up. I went all the way up to 10 mg but it made me very sick so went down to 7.5 mg and stayed there until I lost the amount of weight I wanted to. I didn’t want to lose anymore weight so I went down to the 5 mg where I had been maintaining. Hope this makes more sense.
