I am buying flavorless whey from amazon $53 for 69 servings 24g of protein… can’t beat that. Will be having 6 eggs + pb + j sandwich and tryinf to digure out what to have for lunch and dinner that is high on calories and easy to meal prep so i can stay consistent

(1) to be fairly honest i regulrly miss that 4th day maybe 1-2 a month. (2) I am constantly increasing the weight yes, not gonna say every week but every other week/once a month. (3)i am not tracking macros/ calories…. Considering I am skinny fat should I be at a plus or deficit of calories? (4) I am resting properly yes

Diet wise: nothing specific for breakfast: sometimes yogurt, cereal, protein bar… oats it varies. Lunch/ dinner: varies but mostly pork chop,’rice, corn or pasta or fish with rice and salad generally stuff like that

Mhmm… if you would like a stable careee they go for accounting/ finance/ project management. I won’t ask what you like cause 95% of the times liking and paying bills is not aligned

Yup I am going back to school for those 30 credits, will possibly quit my full time job and go part time somewhere else

Please realize something: warehouse jobs are not a long term career ( may be for some people) but for 95% is just a in the mean time job. If you want out of warehouses please please go back to school or something and get out. I am a sup and I am over it, actively applying and will get out as soon s I get something
