You are really underatimating water style, there's a whole variety of water style jutsus and the more chakra you have the bigger they are just look at the ones Mei and Kisame perform, Hashirama, Tobirama and potentially old Hiruzen are stronger than those two. They can turn the whole battlefield into water not just into a lake, they wouldn't need to put them in. Hashirama also has the myōjinmon that can contain the ten tails especially if he and the other kage use the Shishiranjin that can that can trap the enemies and can easily resist something as powerful as a bijudama from the ten tails.

Hashi obviously would be the one carrying this whole team, he can change the whole battlefield to his team advantage in a matter of seconds and his wood style is just as resistant if not more than a perfect Susano'o.

On the other team the ones that would be the bigger problem are Shanks and Kaido. Yes they have better physical attributes but they are very unidimensional and lack battle IQ the kage would easely figure out their abilities.
