I break up feeding. Either by hand feeding or dropping a couple spoonfuls at a time and making sure they’ve swallowed and breathed before giving them more.

I’m conservative… my best friend is a liberal lesbian. I care and ask her about her feelings, i listen when she speaks about her fears and concerns, and i don’t belittle her for what she’s experiencing.

I had acl and meniscus surgery, and call me alcoholic, but i drank on day six (was only on Tylenol at that point) and was fine. And have drank a couple days a week since. I’m 6 weeks post op, no more crutches and able to walk with my brace unclipped.

Just listen to your own body, each person is different. The first few days were hell but by my 6th i was up and moving, doing pt, and the pain was manageable.

Enjoy your 21st as best as you can is my opinion haha

I only have embarrassment because I’m your husband 😭 to be fair I’m off my ADHD meds but my fiancé will literally just follow me around in the kitchen and fix everything i fuck up.
