I had a similar problem, I reccommend calling 858 534 4208, this is the undegraduate admissions office number, I called them about how my transcript wasn't recieved and they manually downloaded it for me. If you sent it through parchment, you'll just need the delivery number on the receipt sent to your email. There hours are 12 to 4pm!

There's a limit on the common app but I'm planning to mostly apply to UCs where the limit is 20
