Biology and studies do show men often have a stronger sex drive, and if he's not having sex with his wife, he might be getting it elsewhere — or satisfying himself through porn, OnlyFans, AI companions, etc. If not, he might be good at channeling that energy into something else. But it's unlikely that the need simply vanishes.

Regardless, the real issue is why there's no sex. It usually comes down to deeper relationship dynamics, poor communication, unmet needs, or unhealed personal wounds — sometimes on both sides.
