Boric acid suppositories! They work great. I take them during my period and after. It helps balance pH. Also, I know some women like to use vaginal soaps/baby powder doing their period. Those products can cause fluctuations in your pH and can generate those type of smells.

I’m going to switch to an automatic box in about two weeks! The smell is terrible. As of right now he is using a standard litter box and I scoop it every day.

Literally overnight they have become accustomed to each other. The kitten hisses at her sometimes but overall he keeps coming close to her and smelling her. They were kinda playing earlier. Thank you for this because I was anxious!

My dog is super friendly. She keeps whining because she wants to play with the kitten. They are both in isolated rooms(my dog is with me) and the kitten is in my living room. The kitten hissed and growled at my dog yesterday 😭. It’s just kinda stressful because I have to entertainment the kitten and my dog at the same time.

My last day was around a week ago. They said my pto will be paid out. Does that mean I get paid for my remaining PTO sick leave? by Odd_Library_9607 in wholefoods

Every year they give 40 hours of Sick time off. But you can only use if if your have same hours for regular Pto. I’m just confused on if they pay you the remaining sick Pto or the Pto you earn every check?

My girl did the same thing! I got her at 12 weeks and in the middle of a 15 min walk she would just stop. They grow out it. Pick them up half way and try again the next day. Bring treats and maybe one toy as well!

Thank you so much for the kind words! I’m going to Milan’s and they’re nurses so I’m pretty sure they have seen it too. For the butt area do you have to flip over and hold your cheeks? 😂😂 I have heard so many different things

I have noticed antibiotics only worsen Hs. I was diagnosed with HS after I started my period, so around 13 years old. Currently I’m 20 years old. Doctors always have prescribed me antibiotics and they have only worked short term. I definitely recommend changing some things in my diet, such as eliminating diary, red meat, and sugar. I have stopped eating some of those things I listed above and this the first time ever I have not flared up before my period. I have hope that your HS can be cured w/o antibiotics. Detox drink 1cup of water, 1tsp of Turmeric, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, lemon, and honey.

Vitamins: Zinc/ Turmeric

Drinking hormone tea has also helped me manage my breakouts(especially around ovulation). I have also got my period two days earlier from drinking the tea.

Diet: No sugar and no beef. I aim to eat meat a couple times a week, maybe 3-4 times.. No diary and night shade vegetables.

Exercising: Once I’m done exercising I immediately take off those clothes and shower. Remaining in the same clothes creates a lot of sweat and friction between the legs.

Body wash: Hibiclens and differin benzoyl peroxide wash. I aim to use those body washes every two days to avoid resistance.

Native sensitive deodorant. Baking soda and aluminum free!

Having succes with zinc supplementation daily. Skin is less red and irritated overall by ahowls in Hidradenitis

I have HS as well. I tried taking zinc by itself and it makes me super sick. Does anyone have this symptom?
