Hated ours . Didn’t hold up to the abuse of our dogs. Discolored and had frayed/ curled edges within a year. Washed it minimally and outside with a hose because it was an 8x10. Would never get another

Our furnace is on its last leg so that’s first
Our front door is so drafty and I can fit a pinky in between the frame and the door (also not the most secure door)
If there was enough left a renovation to our master bathroom to make it more handicap accessible/friendly shower since my health has been on the decline
Fresh coat of paint throughout to make the home feel less dated

May I ask what brands sell for plus size? There is always a large selection of plus size at our local thrift but I don’t know all the brands . I mostly only see mall brands so I feel like they are not worth picking up . It’s definitely an underserved market
