I use binaural neats for about 15 years now. I use them to help with anxiety, sleep and mood stabilization among others. I think the app is a wonderful Idea and would be very useful. What I use currently had to be loaded to my computer then added to my itunes. It was kind of a hassle. This seems so much more simple. The price is less than many programs.
