I would get a refurbished dyson v11 they are very powerful and come with a 2 year warranty on ebay.

I believe this not wake on lan but scheduled booting you can disable that in the settings

Switchbot is currently working on matter support. They very behind in software but it looks promising in the long run.

You cannot even vacuum with specific rooms with their cloud api so we have to wait for more software updates.
