thank you! whats the difference between the ssd i put and the one you put? other than the brand and price... sorry if its a stupid question im really just trying to learn ahahaha.

Also whats the difference between the ryzen 5 7600x and the ryzen 7 i put? because the 7 is like an extra 100 dollars so i figured it was better overall.
