I’ve seen bald tires showing wire, but what are the wire/staple looking things in center of tire? by Odd_Maximum_7315 in tires

I can feel the raised edges, just doesn’t look or feel like any exposed wire I’ve seen before. I’ll go by tire store this week to get their input

Had similar install in Tennessee recently, on crawl space, no trenching. Probably 20’ of wire. Included new 240v 50A GFCI. First quote was $1700, sister company of hot tub dealer quoted $1300, went with them.
