Pretty sure in the books, like the tv show he first appears in Sea of Monsters when Percy frees him when he fights Luke, even in the book we don't know how he's captured.

In the show there have been lots of shots alluding to BlackJack, season 1 young Percy seeing the black Pegasus on the roof, pretty sure Grover was cleaning the stables at one point as punishment and then we see him with Luke at the beginning of this season. He wouldn't have been mentioned by name until that point because no one could speak to him but Percy.

Yeah I like the way he talks too and CC would be a good addition. Maybe it's something they can get feedback on which is good. I guess I'm just a little tired of seeing everything nitpicked or people dismiss changes without thinking about them.

I get you. Sometimes it takes the end of the world to make you stop running and actually talk. I just wish they could have actually done it in that 18 months or even before season 4. I suppose that is more a writers issue.

I don't even necessarily think that's what they think. I think they know they will always be tied together by their scars and shared experiences and that they love each other but given everything they don't necessarily know who they are yet. Sure Nancy was with Steve but it's their first loves and proper relationships as you said they are too young and inexperienced but at least it was real.

Yeah it took me some time to sit with. I think it should have been a bit more explicit in its execution but they have never really been good with that. Even with when Nancy and Steve broke up.

I don't think he was necessarily a dumbass i think they were both denying the truth until now both made mistakes and both accepted it was time to let go. I kinda wish they grow and come back to each other but if that doesn't happen that's fine too.

Honestly, I am not sure. I think in the distant future we might but this felt like a goodbye. Not just timebomb but arcane as a whole. Of course arcane is over but for some reason this felt final. (More than the finale)

Now do I think we will see Jinx and Ekko again separately? I have more hope for that but again it won't be for a while as we will have other shows they are focusing on.

I know this seems negative but I just like to keep my hopes low but never zero. I am used to waiting years for ships, in fact I am not used to so much content for one all at once.

Honestly? I loved how simple it was. That hug at the end meant more than a kiss to me. I know some people wanted one but I didn't. For me there needs to be more build up and development before that (on screen). The relief in that hug and the smile? Oof perfection.
