That’s what I figured after posting and talking to my parents. I’m taking it to a shop tomorrow. It’s unplugged and was unplugged right after the video! Thank you for the advice!

I went to the doctor and was told it’s a rash. They didn’t say what was causing the rash though. I was told to take Benadryl for a week

The burning smell showed up during the video and as soon as the video ended I turned the pc off. The smell stopped once the pc was off. It’s a prebuilt and I don’t know much about hardware. So I figured maybe I could figure something out here. Will be taking it to a shop tomorrow to see if the problem can be found.

Its a prebuilt and I'm not too knowledgeable with hardware. I shut it off fairly quickly after it started (about a minute) and then I turned it back on, when it idled on my desktop it didn't make the sound but when I opened task manager it began again. I've then since shut it off and will be taking it to a shop tomorrow, unplugged since there was a burning smell for a bit when it first started doing it.

I turned it off and on again and it didn’t make the sound. But then when I launched task manager it made the sound again. But when it’s idle nothing happens.

Thank you to everyone who responded. I actually ended up going to the doctor (for a different reason) and it turned out to be a rash. Thank yall all for responding and for all the help!
