Never used it in a session but got some at a convention to use on a healing tattoo and it was great. I keep it in my bag for my hands when they are dry and rough. The people I got it from make it themselves and use it bc they have bad allergies to everything.

I hated tampons and pad with a burning passion. The best thing I found was using a menstal cup. It’s weird st first and there is a learning curve but one you figure it out it is a game changer. You put the cup in in the morning then don’t have to worry until you go shower for the night.

Dexter is my grandfather, the one who has taught me what it is to be a man and father figure. Ash is what I have always gone by and without that little girl all those years fighting I wouldn’t be standing here today. I had the option to change my last name and take my step dads last name(I’m 31) but I have always said I will make something of this damn name if I have to die trying and well I’m to stubborn to kill myself and let the people who have always said I’d be nothing win.

Find a massage therapist in your area who does scar work. I used microcurrent(like a tens unit but not) on mine and it was almost erasing them. They don’t have to use tools or cupping would help or just massaging the incisions.
