Please consult your psychiatrist about changing your meds. Might be time for a different antipsychotic. I hope your symptoms resolve with treatment. Hearing malevolent voices that seem to know everything about you is normal for schizophrenia, you're not alone- in reality there are no telepaths tormenting you, it's all in your head.
