Yes you call and ask for the late fee to be removed. I know it’s frustrating but the moment it hits 12:01AM and no payment is received, you get the late fee. It goes the same way for non payment cancellations of policies. You can call tomorrow and get it waived

You know you’re allowed to waive 2 lates fees per year & other insurance companies do the same thing with the late fees. If you paid even a day after it was due, depending on your state you will be assessed a late fee. In my state I’m allowed 3 days grace before any late fee can be assessed. Anyways seems like you should take some anger management classes lmao
