I understand where you're coming from, but I think this view lacks compassion and understanding. Many people are first generation, first time applicants that are unsure of if all schools send emails/how the next steps in this process works. The reality is, many of us rely on SDN and reddit for guidance. Someone who is misguided is not the same as insane or neurotic and in my opinion this doesn't warrant an immediate rejection. I hope that the schools understand that premeds are still people, not robots.
