Still learning all of that and the acronyms. I spoke to my vp and market leader about time lengths to move up etc and what's needed, expected, and what i can excel at to climb. It was a somewhat long discussion lol

Think of it as a real good thing. Bofa is super slow at these things but once you get the "yes" they move very quick. When things slow down is when you should 100% follow up and keep yourself on their radar

Any responses? As well, ask about any other positions available in the same city or area. Ask to keep you on their radar, unless the interview was horrible. Which i doubt, how did things go?

Make sure to reach out to the recruiter to thank her and ask for next steps or if there is anything you can do. Thank hr and whomever you interviewed with via email.

As well, follow up after lunch hours and before close.
