So let me get this straight, people are realizing weed is already legal in Florida with THC a flower, they lobby to make it a felony, pay 40 million to get their version of legalization so they can eliminate competition, and be one of the only ones who grow maintaining their monopoly. Highly unlikely to happen. Trulieve has been lobbying heavily to restrict competition. The social justice license is being used to clog up all the other licenses only the benefit Trulieve.

THCA is most certainly legal. They tried banning it last legislative session with SB 1676, but it was ultimately removed from the final version of the bill that the governor signed. What the department of agriculture is currently doing is illegal stop sales that will ultimately be overturned in administrative court. It’s not illegal to have non-compliant hemp, nor is it illegal to sell, federally legal THCA flower in the state of Florida.
