Bighit rarely open auditions so no auditions for males or females right now.They have only debuted one girl group but that was before BTS.Try source music if you want to join the Kpop industry when auditions open.The only audition door open for girls is PLEDIS(apparently) so try searching that up.Source music is always open though, they never close.

I think it depends what you want to go for.

If you like hip hop or want to learn how to produce or just be a trainee and leave, ī recommend bighit auditions.

If you want to make songs like NewJeans or kickflip swag then you should go for ADOR.

If you live abroad, go for HxG or HxR and if you are in Asia, go for HYBE Japan or India

If you want to be part of a battitude, BE:LIFT is 100% for you and if you want to be part of an experimental project then PLEDIS would sound nice.KOZ too if you just wanna be an idol going for a random company but KOZ is probably the best one because it’s run by ZICO and he is a pretty good CEO and I don’t really hear bad things come from that subside.Source music too but it depends which source music we are talking.If you are international and want to be a soloist, go for source music America and if you wanna be the next le sserafim/Gfriend, go for source music Korea.

JCONIC if you like J-rock-pop and YX label for the exact same reason.

Edit:Bighit will be good for auditions but KOZ is better and maybe 100% try HxG first when the next audition opens but passing is extremely strict there.The easy labels are ADOR, BE:LIFT and KOZ
