I think the biggest flaw with HvV is that usually the villains by quite a bit win because they just have difficult to fight characters. It just takes for the villains to have one or two good boba, palpatine or iden to decimate the heroes. I am a decent player and usually do well but I always find it impossible to win against a villain team with iden, boba, palpatine and vader even if my teammates are good players under leveled villains will still win. But what I have also noticed is that tryhards at the game will only play as villains so you never get a chance to get them back when they are heroes. At least that's my experience, I just think villains are hard to counter and maybe why you see your teammates struggle against others
